Our Humble Beginnings
Our journey started with a clear ambition: to specialize in Microsoft Cloud and SharePoint consulting. A pivotal moment was the signing of our first proposal with Castrip, LLC, marking the beginning of Aerie. This early success laid the foundation for Aerie's future as a leader in customized Microsoft solutions.
Building a Strong Foundation
In July 2009, Aerie was officially born as an LLC incorporated in Vermont. 
This establishment empowered us to grow and innovate, demonstrated through groundbreaking projects like the SharePoint site for Landmark College and the “Nurse Scheduling” solution for Helen Porter Healthcare. These projects not only showcased our ability to craft scalable, reliable, and secure applications but also highlighted our dedication to understanding and meeting our clients' unique needs.
Expanding Horizons
Over the years, we've significantly broadened our client base and service offerings. Our work has included large-scale SharePoint migrations and bespoke applications for clients like Revision Military. 
Each project underscores our commitment to excellence and innovation. Particularly noteworthy is our Power BI consulting services launched in 2015, which underscored our leadership in data analytics and business intelligence, helping clients unlock the full potential of their data.
Strategic Partnerships and Innovations
Our journey has been enriched by strategic partnerships and cutting-edge innovations. Implementations such as the Accelerated Intranet for Subaru and the launch of Dynamics 365 consulting are testaments to our continuous evolution to meet our clients’ needs. 
In the same vein, we played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency for Champlain Cable through the integration of cloud technologies, and we implemented Azure AI for Nucor Castrip, LLC, which resulted in significant time savings.

For instance, our collaboration with BMA America saw a successful migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central, streamlining their processes significantly.
