Asked & Answered: How do I see my shared Team?

Having trouble with shared teams in Microsoft Teams? You're not alone.

Here's what happened: we added client project members to our Shared Team as guests. One member couldn't find the team in his app. The problem? He was in the wrong tenant.

If you're added as a guest in another company's environment, here's how to find the team:

  1. Go to the top right corner of Teams.
  2. Click to switch out of your current tenant.
  3. Select the relevant tenant to view the shared team.

Additionally, you can customize notifications for each team or tenant to alert you when there's a new post, when you're tagged, etc.

Hope that helps!
