With a passion for business processes and analytics, Matt joined the Aerie team as a Senior Business Analyst in May of 2022. His passion, along with previous experience as the operations manager and business analytics for the State of Vermont has transformed Aerie’s communications and successes with their clients. He acts as the liaison to his clients, understanding their business needs, then provides Aerie developers with the information necessary to successfully build the best business solution.
Matt loves the flexibility and interface capabilities that are inherent with all the products and tools available within Microsoft’s Cloud. He believes it allows businesses to achieve automated, efficient, and comprehensive solutions to their everyday needs. Matt is a skilled communicator who goes beneath the surface to understand exactly what our clients struggle with and effectively works with our Microsoft developers to provide transformative business solutions.
Not only can Matt transform your business, but he is also a talented musician. He has performed in multiple bands and venues around BTV for 20+ years. As a lifelong Vermonter, Matt enjoys spending time boating with his 4 kids on Lake Champlain in the summer or chasing his kids down the mountains in the winter!
