NorthShore Health Centers, a non-profit dedicated to delivering quality and affordable healthcare across Indiana, operates 20 locations offering comprehensive medical services, including dental, vision, chiropractic, mental health, and medication assistance.
To support their mission, NorthShore aimed to modernize their Intranet Site, enlisting Aerie to facilitate seamless company growth and enhance internal communication.
The Solution
Aerie thought to implement their Accelerated Intranet. They conducted a series of workshops to identify the essential content and design elements that aligned with NorthShore's goals and brand identity. By integrating a blend of standard Out-of-the-Box web parts and custom Aerie web parts, an enhanced and accelerated Intranet was crafted to meet the diverse needs of NorthShore's departments. The result was a sophisticated central hub with an intuitive user interface and improved user experience.
The revamped site empowers employees to effortlessly access information, collaborate on documents, share ideas, and engage with colleagues across various departments and locations. With features such as a People Directory, Knowledge Serach Center, and Shoutout App, NorthShore Health Centers are now more interconnected than ever.
