They were tasked with managing multiple clients and visitors daily, each necessitating the secure capture and storage of eSignatures and visitor data. This was further complicated by the need for a controlled document library and the implementation of a streamlined approval workflow complete with notifications.

• Streamlined Data Capture: With just a single click from the SharePoint home page fields like Company/Organization Name, Visitor Name, Contact Name, Date of Visit, Date of Departure, Visitor Type, and Signature Box are all included in the form.

• Secure Storage: Once completed and accepted, the record is securely stored in SharePoint. 

• Efficiency and Integrity: This process not only eliminates the need for manual tracking but also ensures data integrity.
