After concluding her Division One lacrosse career, Sarah continued to up the ante by diving headfirst into Ironman competitions and ultra races. When she's not immersed in training, she loves exploring the mountains through skiing and biking.

Following his tragic demise due to injuries incurred at a Freeskiing World Tour event in Kirkwood, CA, the foundation was brought to life in April 2011. His family, wishing to commemorate his persona, initiated this non-profit venture known as the Flyin Ryan Hawks Foundation.
